The Problem
Legal team was generating individualized letters for employees one by one — opening Word, typing in names and details, saving, repeating. With hundreds of employees across multiple locations, this was eating hours of staff time every cycle.
What I Built
A Python script that reads the employee roster from Excel, populates the existing Word template with each person's data, and saves finished letters ready to send — AI assisted in building and refining the logic.
The Result
~95% reduction in time spent on letter generation. Zero manual entry errors. The team now runs it themselves whenever a new batch is needed.
